Refund & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days and  The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

No returns are allowed during sale periods. Only exchanges will be applicable for orders placed during sale events and the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days amd the products would be delivered within 3 to 4 days .

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be in the original packaging with the seal tag intact.

If a wrong product is returned:
Action will be based on package opening footage. The same item received will be returned to you.
No liability will be accepted, and no action will be taken if the issue is not raised within 7 days of pickup.

If the courier partner collects your product and returns it due to unforeseen reasons, they may request a government-issued ID as proof during re-handover.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Original source of payment

  • Or credited to your bank account
    Within 7–10 working days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items bought during specific sale days are not refundable or returnable unless mentioned otherwise.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Size issues

To request an exchange:
Log into your account and place an exchange request. No additional charges will apply.

If the new item is of a lower price, the remaining balance will be refunded as a gift voucher.
Exchange is subject to availability of size.


Shipping

To return a product, use our Return Center.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • The time it may take to receive an exchanged item depends on your location.

Self-Shipping

If your PIN code is unserviceable, you’ll be required to self-ship the item.
